Fat Lady’s Cakes and Pies

I had the Carrot cake and chocolate cupcakes at the Grand Island BBQ. OMG They were AMAZING!!!!! The lady's who run the food truck are funny, friendly and GREAT BAKER's. I would highly recommend these cupcakes.....can't wait to try the pies.

Today I had the best cupcake I've ever eaten, at the Fat Lady's Cakes food truck at Taste of Buffalo. Their Oreo cupcake is the most moist, rich chocolate cake ever! A light cloud of frosting and a mini oreo on top made this cupcake my all time favorite.

I plan to stalk them and try everything.

So so so good!!! Omg!!! You guys rock! I had the strawberry crunch. So sweet!!! You can tell they care about their food. Every bite is naturally delicious!!! I will be back for more lol!!!

Hands down and bar non, nobody does it better. Best served with a cold glass of milk. I'm a lifetime customer.

I had one of your vanilla cupcakes as a post Valentine's Day dessert. The cupcake was moist and flavorful. But the frosting...perfect. Not too sweet. light and fluffy. Just perfect. This was honestly one of the best cupcakes I have ever had. Job well done!
